lil-reminders:

get into the habit of thanking yourself regularly. thank yourself for showing up, for doing the bare minimum, or for doing nothing at all. thank yourself for just being here.

bluest-fluff:

When you’ve been traumatized in ways that made you question your worth, going through hard or stressful times in the future can make it harder for you to believe in your worth in the present. This is especially true if your present hardships activate past traumas. I’d just like to remind you that your worth is immeasurable and does not diminish even when you cannot see it. You have immense worth. You always did, and you have it still.

anniespositivity:

Life is so damn short - so this is your reminder to invest your time in the things that fill your heart with joy; to wear whatever you feel most confident in; to do your hair the way you feel the prettiest with; to surround yourself with people who radiate kindness; to dance and sing to music that touches your soul; to take breaks whenever you need to; to prioritise yourself; to romanticise the littlest things and to finally stop caring about what other people think. It is time to experience the wonderful life you are meant to live, my love.

sunflorally:

can you just believe in yourself and see what happens? you’re spent all this time being unsure, but really, where does that get you? have faith in yourself. you are more capable than you think

friendly reminders:

  • you don’t have to be productive every day
  • you are worthy even if all you did today was get out of bed
  • there are people out there who care about you
  • your existence makes a difference
  • if something bothers you, then it bothers you. no one has the right to tell you otherwise
  • you are allowed to take up space
  • there is no ‘right way’ to grieve
  • you cannot put a time limit on emotions
  • your likes and interests are valid and they matter
  • it’s okay to take your time in doing things. not everyone can do everything at the same pace
